Seva Activity

Seva (Selfless Service) is a core pillar of Universal Human Values, encouraging students to contribute meaningfully to society without expecting anything in return. Our students actively engage in various Seva initiatives, from animal welfare at Goshalas to supporting the elderly and educating underprivileged children. These activities foster a sense of responsibility and empathy, helping students realize their role in the larger social fabric. Whether it is preparing meals for those in need or spending time at old-age homes, every act of Seva is an opportunity for self-growth and social harmony.

Seva Beyond Self: Compassion at Pune Goshala

Driven by the core UHV principle of compassion (Daya), our team visited a local Goshala in Pune to reconnect with humane values. Worshipping the 'Gaumata' during Vasubaras, we explored her sacred significance as a symbol of selfless giving and motherhood. The visit bridged ancient tradition with modern sustainability. We explored the economic importance of indigenous A2 milk breeds and the scientific validation of Panchagavya's medicinal properties. This experience reinforced our understanding of the interconnectedness of all life forms, fostering gratitude and responsibility toward the environment.
